Ms. Kern the PA was a good listener and was quite helpful; I appreciate that greatly. In regard to the office personnel; It was disappointing. My paper work I had turned in two weeks before the appointment was misplaced. That was not a problem. It can happen. It was what followed in questioning me concerning had I really turned it in or not and what was the name of the person I turned it into, etc. If it was not for my 92 year old mom’s dementia and my dog being gravely ill, I would let this go…I’m writing this because kindness matters…you never know who you may encounter that could use a bit of kindness in your actions.
